RJBS Ltd provides fully trained, experienced and highly professional staff to its clients. As a part of enrolment procedure, we conduct interviews of each staff member who enrols to join RJBS Ltd. We make DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) checks of Criminal Records for our staff in accordance with the National Care Standards Commission Guidelines. At RJBS Ltd we also make sure that all members of staff have a variety of training courses, for example Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Person Centred Care, Privacy & Confidentiality, Safeguarding, Infection Prevention & Control, Dementia Moving & Handling, First Aid, Basic Life Support, Food Hygiene, Control& Restrain, Health & Safety as required by the CQC essential standards.
